About Desktop Sequoia Way
A Birmingham practice devoted to reading install credit and store listing conversion with the same care publishers give their products.
Official name and history
Desktop Sequoia Way Ltd was established in 2016 in Birmingham, West Midlands. The firm began by helping regional publishers reconcile conflicting install totals between store consoles and paid partners. Over the following years the work widened to campaign source mapping, listing conversion reviews, and monthly advisory for teams that prefer a standing external check.
Today we remain a human-delivered advisory practice. Clients receive briefs, maps, and walkthrough calls — we do not host a measurement product or sell media.
Mission
Give UK app publishers a trustworthy picture of which sources earn installs and later events, so budget and listing decisions rest on credit that can be defended.
How we work
We favour exports over screenshots, written findings over slide decks, and plain language over measurement jargon. Engagements stay scoped: audits have an end date; advisory has a named seat and a fair question allowance.
People
Reviews are led by senior attribution analysts based around Birmingham, working UK business hours with clients across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Each engagement has a single owner so questions do not bounce between anonymous queues.
Values
- Credit paths stated as they are, including uncomfortable gaps
- Recommendations ranked by impact on decisions, not by novelty
- Respect for privacy frameworks already in force on each store
- Clear boundaries between advice and media buying
