Refunds and cancellations

This policy applies to professional engagements booked with Desktop Sequoia Way Ltd: attribution audits, campaign source mapping, store listing conversion reviews, and monthly attribution advisory.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered when work has not started, or when we cancel an engagement we cannot complete. Once reconstruction of credit paths has begun using your exports, fees for time already spent are non-refundable.

Timeframe

Cancel in writing to contact@desktop-sequoiaway.click at least five business days before the agreed start date for a full refund of amounts paid. Cancellations inside five business days may receive a partial refund of unused prepaid fees after deducting intake preparation already performed.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when we have not opened your materials. Partial refunds reflect completed stages (intake, reconstruction, draft brief). Delivered written briefs are not refundable.

Non-refundable items

• Completed walkthrough calls
• Advisory months already commenced
• Third-party costs expressly approved in writing (rare; usually none)

Process

Email contact@desktop-sequoiaway.click with your engagement reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days and process approved refunds within ten business days to the original payment method used on the invoice.

Deposits

The 50% project deposit secures scheduling. It is refundable under the five-business-day rule above; otherwise it is applied to work already started.

Rescheduling and no-shows

Walkthrough calls may be rescheduled once with 48 hours’ notice at no charge. Missed calls without notice may be rebooked within fourteen days or marked complete without a further session.

Advisory cancellation

Monthly advisory may be ended with thirty days’ written notice after the opening three-month term. Unused future months prepaid beyond the notice period are refunded; the current month is not.

Work already started

If you withdraw mid-audit, you receive materials completed to date and an invoice for remaining hours at the agreed rate, capped at the original engagement fee.
