Services

We provide professional advisory on Application Analytics focused on app store performance attribution, including audits, source mapping, listing conversion reviews, and monthly advisory. Scope, fees, and deliverables are set out in a written proposal or email confirmation before work begins.

Intellectual property

Site content remains our property. Written briefs and maps produced for a paid engagement belong to the client upon full payment, except for our underlying methods and templates, which we retain. You may not republish our marketing materials without permission.

Client materials

You remain responsible for the accuracy of exports and summaries you supply. We do not take custody of live ad account passwords; agreed read-only exports are preferred.

Liability

Advice is based on information available at the time of the engagement. We are not liable for media spend decisions, store policy changes, or third-party reporting errors outside our control. Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under UK law.

Confidentiality

We treat client reporting and campaign details as confidential and use them only to deliver the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
